Placing Your Order

You may place an order by submitting an automated order form on the website and subsequently making payment through the secure payment gateway. When you place an order and finalize payment, we will issue you with an order number. When payment has been approved, your order will be processed and you will be notified of dispatch by email. This process of payment validation is required to prevent credit card and payment fraud. If we cannot process the order for any reason after payment has been received we will contact you directly.

Eligibility to Purchase

The purchase of products from itelecshop.com.au is limited only to parties who can enter into a right to purchase contract in accordance with Australian Consumer law. Customers must provide truthful and accurate information when providing registration and payment details.

Partial Refund Test in the event of suspect transaction

If for any reason itelecshop.com.au suspects a fraudulent credit card payment we will refund a small amount into the suspect credit card account. We will then contact you and ask you to verify the amount refunded. If you are unable to verify this amount then the transaction will be voided and the credit card refunded with the original transaction amount less the test refund.

Supply of Your Products

itelecshop.com.au represents suppliers who ship their products directly to your door. Orders from suppliers will be supplied using a nominated postal or courier service as specified by the supplier. Each purchase incurs a freight or postage charge as specified by the supplier, which is itemised in the shopping cart and totaled for your reference. You will receive a confirmation email when your item/s has been dispatched.

Multiple Item Purchases

Multiple purchases from the one supplier - incur a base delivery charge based on the heaviest item plus an additional charge for each additional item.

Multiple purchases from different suppliers - incur a base delivery charge from each supplier.

Delivery Charges

The website automatically calculates the correct freight charges based on items purchased and suppliers.

When Will I Receive My Order?

Domestic Deliveries

2 to 7 days from receipt and processing of your order.

Items from independent suppliers and custom made items may take longer.

International Deliveries

We do not accept orders from International customers.

Post Office Box

For security reasons Post office boxes are not accepted as a delivery address. All deliveries must be accepted in person and signed for. If this is a problem please contact one of our Customer Service Centre staff to discuss alternate arrangements.

Product Availability

While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the inventory listed, from time to time an item may be sold out due to popular demand yet has not been updated as 'sold out'. If an item is unavailable, you will receive an email advising you that the item is sold out and every effort will be made to source the item for you. You will be kept up to date by one of our Customer Service Centre staff.

Refunds & Exchanges

Making A Return

If you are dissatisfied with the product received you must contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product stating your name, reason for the return, SecurePay, bank or credit card details, order number and your preferred option: either refund or exchange.

In accordance with the Queensland Office of Fair Trading:

You are entitled to return goods and ask for a refund, exchange or repair if the goods you purchased:

• Have a fault that you could not have known about at the time of purchase;
• Are not the same as the description provided by the salesperson or advertisement;
• Do not match the sample you were shown at the time of purchase; and/or
• Do not do the job as you were led to believe.

You are not entitled to a refund if you:

• Simply change your mind or no longer want the goods;
• Realise you can't afford the goods;
• Found the same item at a cheaper price elsewhere;
• Chose the wrong size or colour;
• Knew about the particular fault prior to purchase; and/or
• Were responsible for causing the fault.

If you are entitled to a refund or exchange then we will contact you by email within 48 hours with a Returns Advice Number (RAN) excluding weekends and public holidays. You must then return the product to the address provided on the email within 7 days from receiving a Returns Advice Number (RAN)

If we do not receive a response within the 7-day period of receiving the product or receive the product within 7 days of you receiving our Returns Advice Number (RAN), you shall be deemed to have waived any right that you may have had to return the item and shall thereafter have no further right to return the item or claim a refund.

When returning items there must be no marks or any sign of wear and tear and item must be returned in their original packaging. Software is not returnable unless the original packaging has not been opened.

We will not be held responsible for the item being returned to the supplier getting lost or stolen during transport. We do not accept for refund or exchange any item that the supplier suspects has been damaged through wear and tear. Items must be in an unused condition and contained within their original packaging.

Refunds

The amount refunded will depend on the reason for the return. If you have received a damaged product or the incorrect product, we will refund the original product cost and the delivery cost. You must be aware that you return the item to us at your own expense as you would normally do when returning an item purchased in-store.

The item should be returned by a mail/courier service that provides freight tracking. You are liable for any product that is lost or stolen during transport when returning products to us.

Exchanges

Exchanges work in the same way as making a return (see above) except you will notify us by email that you would prefer to exchange. If there is any variance in the price of the product involved in the exchange we will advise you of the amount and how we will either refund or charge you. You must be aware that you return the item to us at your own expense and will be charged an additional delivery charge for the new product.

International

We do not provide services to international customers.

Sales, Clearance & Custom made products

There are no refunds or exchange on sale, clearance or custom made items sold through the website.

Price Changes

By agreeing to our Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that itelecshop.com.au reserves the right to introduce new prices and charges or increase fees at anytime.
